After a long time, I can genuinely say that I have met two excellent people who are humble, polite, professional, and transparent. Thank you, Mr. Chris and Mr. Rubio, for restoring my confidence in the team. ========= After keeping my car for 24 days and raising my concerns multiple times, the issue still was not resolved, and the vehicle was returned to me in an unsafe condition. Shortly after, I experienced a near-collision on the highway due to an apparent 4WD/drivetrain issue, putting my safety and the safety of others at risk. I have escalated this matter to the dealer, Stellantis, and NHTSA. I am now making my experience public because my repeated concerns have not been taken seriously. I am extremely disappointed with Jeep and the way this safety issue has been handled. A vehicle should never be returned to a customer when there is a potentially serious safety-related problem that remains unresolved. Clearly the service manager cares about his customers. Initial bad experience made better by interaction from a service manager who cares. If you have a concern with the service department, have faith the service manager will make it right. Original review below: Review is strictly for service department. Had an appointment in the early morning today. Called multiple times through the day to try and get an update. Was hung up on by the service department multiple times. When I showed up at 4:30 pm to pickup the vehicle I was informed only then that it wouldn't be ready until the following day, when I had already made arrangements to get a ride to the dealership today. They clearly did not start working on my vehicle at my scheduled appointment time, and maintained terrible communication throughout.
