# **Castle CDJR Naperville Supports Naperville FOP Lodge 42 Golf Outing Fundraiser**

On Thursday, September 10th, the team at Castle CDJR Naperville joined the Naperville Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 42 for its 23rd Annual Golf Outing Fundraiser at Seven Bridges Golf Club in Woodridge. It was a great day to get out on the course, spend time with members of the Naperville community, and support an organization that does important work throughout our area.

Castle CDJR Naperville was proud to sponsor the event's Hole-in-One Challenge, giving golfers the opportunity to win a 3-year lease on a new Jeep Wrangler if they made a hole-in-one. It added a little extra excitement to the round and gave our team a fun way to take part in one of Naperville FOP Lodge 42's biggest annual fundraisers.

## **A Day at Seven Bridges Golf Club**

The outing took place at Seven Bridges Golf Club, an 18-hole, par-72 public course in Woodridge. This year's FOP outing featured a four-person best-ball scramble with morning and afternoon shotgun starts, allowing more golfers to participate throughout the day.

Along with 18 holes of golf, the event included meals, an open beverage cart, sponsored oasis holes, raffle prizes, and a 50/50 drawing.

## **Castle CDJR Naperville's Hole-in-One Challenge**

As part of the outing, Castle CDJR Naperville sponsored the Hole-in-One Challenge and brought a Jeep Wrangler into the event as the prize.

Golfers stepping up to the designated hole had a little more on the line than their scorecard. A hole-in-one meant the chance to leave Seven Bridges with a 3-year lease on a new Jeep Wrangler.

For our team, it was a fun way to add something different to the tournament while helping support the larger purpose behind the outing.

## **Supporting Naperville FOP Lodge 42**

The annual golf outing is about much more than a day on the course. All proceeds from the fundraiser help Naperville FOP Lodge 42 support local charities, scholarships, law enforcement officers in need, and its annual Shop with a Cop event held each December.

Naperville FOP Lodge 42 represents police officers serving the City of Naperville and works with charitable organizations and community initiatives throughout Naperville and the surrounding area. Its fundraising and outreach efforts help support local nonprofits, families, and other causes in the community.

That mission made the golf outing a great opportunity for Castle CDJR Naperville to get involved and support an organization that continues to invest its time and resources back into the area.

We would like to thank Naperville Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 42 for putting together another great golf outing and for giving Castle CDJR Naperville the opportunity to be part of the day.

Our team had a great time at Seven Bridges Golf Club, and we were proud to sponsor the Hole-in-One Challenge and support the work Naperville FOP continues to do throughout the community.
